![]() Ahmed Ghazali, the Council’s President Born on June 15, 1948 in Tafraout, Ahmed Ghazali obtained in 1987 a Doctorate of State in Private Law and is, since 1992, a Professor at the Faculty of Law in Rabat. Successively Director of the Cabinet of Minister for the Human Rights (1993-1996), Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Justice (1997-1998) and then Ministry of Justice’s Secretary General, Ahmed Ghazali is appointed President of the HACA on November 13, 2003 by His Majesty the King. Author of several works, articles and studies on the Moroccan law, the co-operative law, the associative law, the communication law, he took an active part in the foundation of several development associations, such as the Moroccan Association for Solidarity and Development (AMSED: Association Marocaine de Solidarité et de Développement), the Moroccan Association for Small Enterprise Development (AMAPPE) or the Association for the Development of the Daraa Valley (ADEDRA). Knight of the Order of the Throne and Officer of the National Order of Merit, Ahmed Ghazali also chairs the Al AMANA Association for the micro-credit. |
