El Mustapha Mousaid was born on December 26, 1959. MBA graduate of Southwest Texas State University and the normal cycle of the ISCAE, El Mustapha Mousaid worked from 1984 to 2003 at the CIH (Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier) where he was in charge of mission at the Chair, then head of the Audit and Inspection Department.In 2004, he integrated the High Authority for Audio-visual Communication as a director responsible for the Audit and Management Control and took part in the implementation of its management structures and in the start of its activities. El Mustapha Mousaid is married and father of two.
